Homescout Has Heart Holiday Style

Homescout is spreading the holiday cheer all around Chicago this season!

Twenty-two Real Estate consultants came together this week to volunteer their time and sort food at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. We boxed over 1,200 emergency food boxes for families around not only Chicago, but the entire state of Illinois. Each box will feed a family of five for three days!


Homescout Has Heart Holiday Style was another community initiative this December. This year, in lieu of sending our gifts to clients that we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past year, we wanted to make a charitable donation on their behalf. We know with the current economy, the non-profit world is getting hit hard with lack of donations and we wanted to give back where we can and help the organizations spread their mission. All of the local charities we are working with will receive a contribution from Homescout and the one that receives the most votes will get the largest donation. We are still counting the votes, but the results will be on our website in the New Year! The four charities we are working with this year are:

Imerman Angels: One on one cancer support
Greater Chicago Food Depository: Chicago’s largest food bank
Make-A-Wish: Grants wishes to children with life threatening diseases
PAWS Chicago: The city’s largest no kill animal shelter
